Some weddings you walk away from feeling more like a friend than a vendor. That was definitely the case with this one. Lindsay and Juan were so much fun to work with and so laid back about the day that it really gave them the chance to enjoy the friends, family and FOOD!

The staff at Rock Island Lake Club were amazingly helpful, something I admittedly haven’t said about many venues! They drove the bride and groom down to the secret wooded location for portraits in the shade – a welcomed break from the July wedding heat!
There’s bound to be some inappropriate touching with guys who’ve been friends for many years.

Oh, but that VIEW!!! I can only imagine they saw this and decided, yup, this is our venue!!
Once the bar has been open for a few hours, god only knows what you’ll find on the dance floor!
