This newly engaged couple connected through their work at a car dealership, when Brandon won a cruise through a work raffle and decided to “take the receptionist.” Turns out, he won a lot more than a cruise through that raffle!
Things may have started a little awkwardly, according to Chelsea, due to nerves on the first date. While it may have been easy to talk as coworkers, talking as crushes was totally different. Still, something special started on the night before St. Patrick’s Day at Applebee’s, and the couple makes it a point to stop by Applebee’s around every anniversary to celebrate.
The first date may have been around St. Patrick’s Day, but their engagement was on a holiday even more special–Christmas morning! Brandon got onto one knee with the ring he selected all on his own in a beautiful proposal–though Chelsea says she would have preferred for him to let her finish chewing her Ferrero Rocher first!
The proposal made their son Hunter’s first Christmas even more special, and that paternal nature is one of the things Chelsea loves most about Brandon. All 3 of them are thrilled about the engagement, and even more excited for the wedding to come.
