Going back to their roots where it all started, Gabby & Brad decided to have their engagement session in Princeton NJ. They first met as sophomores in high school at a swim meet on opposing teams. Eventually becoming teammates, they turned into friends who ended up falling in love. Being that Gabby’s favorite season is fall, they got engaged in the fall, and they’re getting married in the fall, it only made sense to do a fall-centric engagement session in Princeton. Bring on the pumpkin everything!!! Princeton is the place that feels most like home, it’s where they grew up and fell in love and first lived together.
The Proposal
Brad knows how much family means to Gabby, so he made sure to pick a weekend where her sister, who lives in Nashville, would be home. Gabby’s family had organized a homecoming party for her sister and Brad had asked her father if he could invite his parents along. Months before, Brad had asked her father for his permission to ask Gabby to marry him, so now was the golden moment. He decided to propose at the fountain in Princeton (are you sensing some themes here?) and obviously she said yes! They met up with their parents for a small celebration before telling their entire families that weekend.
Their big day is happening September 2020 at HollyHedge Estate in New Hope, PA.
Here are some favorites from their fall session in Princeton!
