Do you ever meet someone and just by the energy you know it’s going to be a good time? That’s how it was the first time I met with Sarah and Mark for their consultation about their wedding. I couldn’t wait to see them again and couldn’t wait to photograph their Delaware River wedding at Lambertville Station Inn.
Stop me if you’ve heard this one. How many bridesmaids does it take to get a bride into a dress? So much tulle, so much bustle, so little time. But so worth it!
Sarah and Mark had an interesting first look and you probably can’t guess why. For once the bride was the one waiting and the groom was the one tapping the shoulder. I think it’s because Mark can’t be trusted not to peek. ?
I feel like this day flew, did you two? I’m sure you did. Before we knew it were being whisked to the ceremony area and Sarah was walking down the aisle.
The ceremony length was just right but I had no idea what was in store for me when we got to the reception at Lambertville Station Inn. I should’ve known, since these two are both great high energy people. But the Wilkins sure do know how to party!
And it’s not a party if you’re not hamming it up in the photo booth. Fun fact for wedding guests. Often times the bride and groom get copies of all the pictures taken in the photo booth. So you’ve been warned, and funny business will be documented and not just by me!
If anyone deserves a sunset like that, it’s Sarah and Mark. Congratulations you two and thanks so much for allowing me to photograph your Delaware river wedding.
