When planning a September wedding, you’re never really sure what you’re going to get. It might be one of those sweltering 90° September days or one of those frigid 40° September days. Every so often, we hit it just right. I could have taken a little less humidity, but Nicole and Sam had the perfect weather day they hoped for their Ryland Inn wedding!
When we met up to run through the timeline and details for the day, the groom Sam nonchalantly mentioned his brother had kind of a cool property and that maybe we could take photos there. I’m admittedly always a little apprehensive when clients mention things like this. You just never know what you’re going to get. But boy was I in for a surprise! This place was chock full of the kinds of things photographers dream about!!! I’d rather not gab about it, and just show you instead!
Here are just a few favorites!
Their rings were from Roman Jewelers in Bridgewater, NJ and Nicole had the cutest box custom made for them!
The guys got ready at Sam’s brother’s home. Not only did they have this epic skull wall but also some beautiful barns as well!
I love seeing a nice rich burgundy color for fall weddings!
Remember those epic barns I was talking about… yeah this is what I mean!
The newly opened Coach House at Ryland Inn! I was so impressed with not only the beauty of the space but how well designed it was…You can tell this is not their first rodeo!
Let’s just say someone was a little camera shy.
…but thanks to an assist from the big cousin Tessa, she made it down the aisle!
You might say that the Father of the Bride enjoyed his time in the spotlight, take a look at how long his speech was!
Some weddings just really knock you out!
And for others, the party could go on forever!
What’s a wedding without some air guitar?!
