Proposal at Home, Summer Proposal Photos- Monroe, NJ

Carlos’s proposal to Gabby was nothing short of magical. The couple, who met through a mutual friend, got engaged in their newly purchased fixer-upper home in Monroe, NJ. Gabby had an inkling that a proposal was on the horizon but was completely surprised by the timing. Having been together for seven years, living together, and recently buying their forever home, the proposal marked a significant milestone in their shared journey. Carlos chose to propose in what will be their future kitchen, setting up their finalized house plans on one wall and pictures of them together throughout their relationship on the studs on the other side of the room. I couldn’t believe how much careful thought and consideration he put into making the scene for his proposal not only beautiful but so significant to them.

The proposal location was deeply special to both Carlos and Gabby. They had spent considerable time and effort demolishing and renovating the house themselves, making it a true labor of love. Carlos’s thoughtful setup in their future kitchen was a touching tribute to their past, present, and future together. Gabby’s engagement ring was a perfect blend of both their ideas, resulting in a design that she absolutely adores.

The couple is eagerly looking forward to framing their proposal photos once their home is complete and sharing these cherished memories with friends and family.
