Sometimes life can spin us in all different directions, but we eventually land where we need to be. This was exactly the case for Bo and Kelly.
The happy couple knew each other many years ago, but love didn’t quite land on their laps. After building separate lives for some time, Bo and Kelly crossed paths again, found love, and decided to become one. In addition to sharing a strong relationship with heir faith, Bo and Kelly connected on another meaningful topic, Kelly’s son, Ryan. Bo was lucky to have found two great loves, Kelly and her son, which well deserved a celebration.
On a beautiful (and hot) day in July, Bo and Kelly tied the knot in front of their closest family and friends at their intimate wedding at Main Street Manor in Flemington, NJ. Here are some of my favorite moments from the day:
The best (little) man! Bo shared an intimate moment with Ryan right before walking down the aisle.
Bo and Kelly share a passion for their faith, so it was important for them to incorporate some cherished biblical anecdotes on their big day.
Their unique cake topper signified the start of their new family becoming one.
Kelly’s dress was beautifully detailed and beaded from top to bottom. It was so unique and looked stunning on her!
Bo and Kelly incorporated a meaningful “coming together” ceremony to unify their family.
The daughter of one of Bo’s closest friends (left) provided live vocals during the ceremony. It added a personal touch to the day and really set a romantic feel.
According to Kelly’s mom, they are a “family of cryers!” While it definitely was an emotional day, we couldn’t quite tell if they were wiping away tears or sweat!
The greatest thing about a smaller, intimate wedding is that every guest is SUPER important. The bride and groom has selected each guest for a reason, most commonly being that this is one of the most special days of their lives and they wanted you to celebrate it with them.
A toast to love, laughter, and a happily ever after.
Kelly is pointing to a silhouette photo of herself, Bo, and Ryan which perfectly mimics their cake topper. The funny thing is – the photo was taken after the cake topper was purchase, which is sort of the reverse order than what you’d expect!
Bo and Kelly shared their first dance, full of smiles.
