Deer Run Hay Co, Summer Proposal Photos- Flemington, NJ

Zach’s proposal to Madison at Deer Run Hay Co in Flemington, NJ, was a beautifully orchestrated surprise. Zach had planned every detail, from getting Madison’s work shift changed to arranging a visit to pet Highland cows, one of Madison’s bucket list activities. Madison, completely unaware of the proposal, was excited about the trip but puzzled when she saw a photographer at the farm. The farm owner and I cooked up a little alibi that I would be taking photos to update the farm’s website and thankfully Madison didn’t think anything of it. Whew! After getting a chance to brush some of the cows we knew it was time for the big reveal. When they reached a scenic spot, she noticed a sign and turned to find Zach on one knee. The moment was perfect, filled with shock and excitement, and Madison said yes to the easiest question she ever had to answer.

Their love story began on an online dating app and blossomed quickly. Despite Madison’s initial shyness on their first date, Zach saw something special in her. They discovered shared interests like caring for their dogs and chickens, motorcycle rides, and watching episodes of Survivor. Their bond deepened over time, with laughter and inside jokes becoming a staple in their relationship.

The ring, a beautiful piece Madison had dreamed of, was something Zach chose with care, ensuring it was perfect for her. Their proposal photos, capturing the essence of their love in a simple, rustic setting, will be cherished memories displayed in their home.
