This charming riverside inn, where they were staying for a peaceful getaway, provided the perfect backdrop for Jordan’s carefully crafted surprise.

Both working in TV and movie production, Jordan and Marisa bring an artistic eye to everything they do, so naturally, they showed up in style, looking picture-perfect even before Marisa knew what the day had in store. With an impeccable sense of design and a shared appreciation for the finer details, the groom-to-be couldn’t have chosen a better time and place, against the serene beauty of the Delaware River. The setting was truly enchanting – a quiet, scenic spot with private access to the water, offering a sense of intimacy that made the proposal even more memorable.

To make the proposal seem spontaneous, Jordan and I planned for me to wait down by the water, camera ready for the big moment. When they strolled down by the river, Marisa turned to me and asked, “Hey, would you mind taking our photo?” With her cellphone in hand, she had no idea that what started as a casual request would soon be one of the most special moments of her life. Jordan then took the opportunity to get down on one knee, and her surprise and joy were simply unforgettable.

After the big reveal, we captured a series of photos with the Delaware River as a timeless backdrop. The love between these two is undeniable – every frame reflected the joy, laughter, and excitement of this new chapter they’re beginning together.
