Anna & Chris’s wedding day at Appleford Estate started unlike any other I’ve ever shot before. We started off with ceremony number one (yes you read that right, this is just the first one of the day!) with just the bridal party and family at their church. Most churches are usually pretty dark and kinda small but this one was a photographer’s delight!! Tons of natural light and the support staff at the church was super friendly!!

Chris’s sister made these beautiful pendants for all the girls, and when I say made, I don’t mean she went to Michael’s and bought beads, she legit made them!!
Next, we were off to the salon for prep! Here you can see Anna’s bridesmaid totally killin’ it at her job… which is to keep the bride happy, smiling and fed!
This is classic Chris right here, always lending a hand – even if it is helping carry in the dress which he’s not allowed to see (yet).
The blusher on her veil wasn’t going to stop this girl from taking a swig!
Even though it wasn’t the first time they were seeing each other for the day, still a pretty sweet moment between the bride and groom (husband and wife?!).
Down the aisle for ceremony number two, this time at their actual Appleford Estate wedding venue. You’re not officially married until you’ve had two ceremonies in one day!

Turns out Anna’s uncle taught her how to swing dance when she was younger. Good thing the dance floor was cemented down or else they would have been legitimately tearing that puppy up!
Reason #437 why we love Chris, he’s always prepared (thanks to that military background!) and on the ready, if someone (aka the bride) has a busted blister (ouchies!).
Knowing what a gentleman he was, I did not see this one coming! And I’d say neither did Anna! haha
