Tons of picture-esque pathways make for a beautiful stroll through the forest.

We happened to hit this one just right and got this scene looking straight out of Disney.

Pedestrian bridges are a photographer’s friend, always.

The goals is to forget you’re having your photos taken during a session, and this location makes that even easier.

Just the sun shining away on a well placed shrub.

A beautiful mountain face makes you forget we’re still in Central NJ!

This park is very well thought out and has some really unique elements like this railing made from raw wood for instance.

The adorable lily pads are a fun find at Leonard J Buck Garden, perfect for an engagement session (or wedding in this case).

Above all, the main focus of the engagement session is get you used to the feeling of being in front of a camera. Capturing beautiful photos might seem like the obvious purpose, but it’s more about the experience. We’ll shift the focus from “OMG I’m so awkward in front of the camera!” to “Oh this isn’t so bad, it’s just us hanging out.” That’s when we’ll get the most natural photos and you’ll feel confident that the wedding day photos will be exactly what you’ve dreamed of.
